Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? We’ve all heard this on criminal dramas from the US. But of course, things aren’t always as simple as they sound – and when we talk about the right to silence here in Ireland, under the lens of a workplace investigation, it’s certainly a little bit different, to say the least!
