Later this week, we will be celebrating International Women’s Day again, an annual call to all to keep pushing for equality and inclusion for women everywhere. And one of the biggest pieces of work in driving this in workplaces, and something that will be particularly familiar to our listeners, is the gender pay gap. 

So, as gender pay gap reporting expands this year, and progress continues to be made, just how are we doing when it comes to the gender pay gap here in Ireland?
