    Richard Allen and his legal team have filed a request for a speedy trial and if that request is accepted, then the prosecution will have 70 days to get things underway. The hope for Richard Allen and his team is that the prosecution will not be ready in time, thus giving an advantage to Allen. The Court has yet to rule ont he request. In our second article we are heading up to Ottawa Canda where a family of six, including four children were brutally murdered in their home. Authorities say that one person is in custody and that there is no further risk to the community.
