I sat down for a chat with Ned Gahan, Head (not Master) Distiller in Waterford Distillery. I visited him last February, before the Grand Opening on Saturday 25th April was cancelled. (I mistakenly said the 24th April on the podcast!) We had a great chat about all the exciting releases to look forward from Waterford and how much their policy of 'Terroir' affects their whiskey.
