January is the perfect time to reflect on past goals and set new ones for the new year. As a follow-up to Episode 86 where we looked back at 2022, we are now looking at our goals, old and new. First, we look back at how we did on our 2022 goals and set new ones for 2023. This episode is a great exercise for you to reflect on your year and think about what you want to have experienced in the next calendar year.
