Stars like J.C. Jackson, Carlton Davis, Bobby Wagner are available, but so are key offensive linemen like Ryan Jensen, Terron Armstead and Brandon Scherff. What's the most important target for Kevin Colbert and Mike Tomlin? They'll also need to take a look at whether the team should keep pending free agents like Ahkello Witherspoon, Terrell Edmunds and Joe Haden.Cornerback becomes a very important investment, and it may become the biggest move of the offseason to make the Steelers' defense elite again in their efforts to compete with top receivers like Ja'Marr Chase. But fixing the offensive line has to be a priority, and that's why signing at least one veteran offensive lineman with pedigree should be of importance to the Steelers.Linebacker becomes tricky with a big name like Wagner, but other players like Josey Jewell and Leighton Vander Esch also come into play.
