Rick has a bachelor’s degree from Spring Arbor University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Master of Science in administration from Central Michigan University.  Rick and his wife, Lisa, have two married children and three grandkids.  They are avid cyclists and gardeners, as well.
