The Arizona Cardinals have moved on from Steve Keim, but his ghost still haunts the organization. During the decade-long tenure as GM of the Arizona Cardinals, Steve Keim had a handful of very high peaks: drafting Budda Baker, drafting Kyler Murray, and trading for DeAndre Hopkins to name a couple. On the other side, though, many of his failed attempts at improving the Arizona Cardinals roster are the catalysts resulting in the organization hitting rock bottom and now needing a full rebuild. His ego, his "I know the right way to do things" attitude, and his lack of ability to adapt and evolve are not going to be missed around the organization.
