The league's owners meetings will take place over the next few days. We will hear about various proposed rule changes in the league. Some might be adopted. Most will not. They will deal with topics such as changing the format for overtime and expanding the use of instant replay.This got me thinking. What changes would I make to the NFL if I had the chance?
