Description

Locked On Bulls is back with a fresh episode, the guys try and explain the Bulls win from last night against the Phoenix Suns. The guys talk about how the Bulls had an opportunity to climb into the top three in the lottery standings with Cleveland beating Detroit, Jim Boylen starting to revert back to old ways, Boylen's timeouts at the end of the game, and why all of a sudden the offense is centered around Robin Lopez. The guys open the show discussing how the impossible become possible last night, the Cleveland Cavaliers pulled off an upset win over the Detroit Pistons leaving a window of opportunity for the Bulls to pull within a half-game of the top three in the lottery. The guys discuss how the Suns decided to sit four rotation players (Holmes, Johnson, Oubre, Warren) while the Bulls sat one (Otto Porter Jr.) and pulled out one the most meaningless win of the season, ultimately locking them up for the fourth overall lottery position.Jordan delivers his frustration about how the Bulls play is beginning to revert back to the way it was when head coach Jim Boylen first took over the team in December. The guys discuss how the offense was lead by Robin Lopez's 27 points last night and the win wasn't even carried by the young players for 'development'. Locked On Bulls describes their frustration about the night and day difference from February to March and their growing concerns with the 'do it our way' mentality. The guys also discuss Jim Boylen's need to call a timeout under a minute left, how it has left Suns head coach Igor Kokoskov irate after the game, and why it only adds to the Bulls perception around the league as the season wraps up. Does Boylen care what other coaches think? Why does he do these types of things and does he see this as disrespect? All of this and so much more on Locked On Bulls. Learn more about your ad choices.
