Description

Jeff Rona has seen it and done it all in Hollywood. From working with Hans Zimmer on scores such as Mission:Impossible III, and director Ridley Scott on White Squall, to iconic TV scores for influential shows Homicide: Life on The Street, Chicago Hope & Profiler, his experience in creating the soundtrack to incredible storytelling is among the most impressive of any modern composer.
Add in his hugely successful diversions into documentaries, including Generation Iron (and it's sequel), and video games, such as his award winning soundtrack for last year's Devil May Cry 5 for Capcom, it's clear that we'd need an entire podcast episode in itself devoted to just reading out Jeff's credits!
Not only that, Jeff has devoted himself to educating and enlightening new and aspiring composers, with his best selling books 'The Reel World', which to this day prove to be an excellent primer for anyone wondering what it takes to write music for media in the modern age.
In this exclusive Masterclass with MYT's Paul Nolan, Jeff gives all the advice you need if you're an electronic music producer, and looking to diversify into music for Film, TV & Games.
This is another Beyond The Studio packed full of golden advice from one of the best in the game.
