Jessy shares how he got his start in music videos, writing concepts and directing videos for everyone from 50 Cent to Jill Scott to Puffy! He made his feature film directing debut with "Soul Plane," and shares some hilarious stories about working with Snoop Dogg and Kevin Hart. Jessy also remembers the home movies he made with his brother, and how that led to his behind-the-camera work.
