Coaching cycle, not so much coaching a tool or concept in isolation but bringing the teacher through a unit with technology weaved in throughout.


Be positive with administrators on good things teachers are doing as you move forward with helping with meeting needs that they may have.
Get teachers thinking about what can be done and accomplished through the tools they learn about and use of technology not just becoming proficient in specific tools.  Similar to how we want our students to learn. Develop critical thinking skills.
Have your vision and philosophy as a coach as you work with leadership to carry out the mission and vision of the district as you work with teachers.
