The somatic narcissist isn't talked about as much. The somatic narcissist is the type of narcissist that cares so much about how they look and how they present themselves. The superficial narcissist that is so obsessed with the exterior that they let the interior start to rot. They have huge egos and are extremely insecure people. They cannot handle criticism at all.
