Now, start walking up the stairs that lead to the beach. Feel the warmth of the sand under your feet; it's the perfect temperature. Take in the sights, the sounds, and the sensations as you descend the wooden stairs. The ocean comes into view, and the breeze touches your skin as you reach the beach. It's a unique place – this is "Intention Beach."
Here, every intention you have holds tremendous power. Approach the water and prepare to speak into the frequency you want to raise within yourself. Think of someone you deeply care about, someone you want to see thrive and succeed. Picture them standing within the ocean, connected to its energy, waiting to receive your words.
Now, let your heart guide your words as you speak to this person in a high-frequency manner. Tell them how beautiful, strong, and capable they are. Let them know their dreams are within reach, that they are winners and that you believe in them. Your words are filled with love, support, and unwavering belief in their potential.
The energy and positivity you just poured into them? You deserve the same. How often do you speak to yourself in this uplifting way? Your self-talk creates your frequency, and your frequency shapes your reality. If you want to change your experience, start talking to yourself as you would to the person you love deeply.
Be your own cheerleader. Consciously choose to change your thoughts, repeat these high-frequency affirmations to yourself, and watch your life transform. As your inner dialogue shifts, so will your external experiences, because your frequency is what you frequently see in the world.
