After establishing distinguished careers in the US, Echo and her husband visited a small kingdom near South Africa to see the needs of the people in the country with the highest prevalence of HIV on the globe. After witnessing the devastation, they moved to this country and launched The Luke Commission. Now they are providing over 300,000 patient interactions per year through the amazing growth of their work and ministry there.
