Steve talks about what went wrong for Dallas against the Packers and the defensive scheme. Steve can't imagine why Dallas defensive coordinator Dan Quinn switched up his scheme for the first round and Mike McCarthy changed the offense. Steve notes that the big key to success for Dallas in the regular season was getting turnovers on defense and that didn't happen against Green Bay. Bo gives a quote to Steve about what the Cowboys needs and Steve thinks Dallas didn't play aggressive enough to win the game. Steve notes that Dallas was depleted at the linebacker position and drafted a player to do something he was never the best at. Steve goes back and looks at what Dallas has done in the draft and how their new ideas have stunted their talent and growth. Bo asks Steve about the comment from J.J. Watt on the PFF ratings and Steve mentions that the stat line doesn't prove how a player performed. Steve talks about the Packers playing the 49ers and he says that people often forget how good the teams with a bye are until it's game day. Tampa Bay is heading to Detroit and Steve looks back on the matchup from earlier in the season but also notes that they are now different teams.
