Dave talks about how Kalen Deboer was his #1 ranked guy for the Alabama job and how he is a great staffer. Dave talks about how he wasn't the best recruiter available but he hired the highest ranked OC since Steve Sarkisian for his staff. Dave notes that the best aspect of Kalen Deboer is his ability to change a program in one season. Bo asks Dave about if Alabama Athletic Director Greg Byrne made the best hire and Dave thinks he was the best available.
