Jay Andres is the former CEO of Mai Dubai Bottled Water in the United Arab Emirates. He was Mai Dubai’s first employee. Within 6 years Jay and his team built a factory and business that is doing over $100 million in annual revenue.
Jay was there for the onboarding of over 1,000 employees within 6 years. Under his leadership, a factory of 50,000 square feet was built and then expanded to over 420,000 square feet.
The foundation was built and the company has continued to thrive to this day. Jay continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
Prior to Dubai, he worked in the Bottled Water Industry in the United States for 31 years. His assignments took him to progressively more challenging roles, throughout most of the Western States.
While he came up on the Sales and Distribution side of the business, he transitioned to General Management expanding his skill set to include Marketing, Finance, Human Resource’s as well as Factory Operations.
