Also, Amazon recently started having your Echo suggest products you might like—and things she thinks you might need a refill on soon. To turn this off, in the A-lady app, tap More (bottom right) > Settings > Notifications > Amazon Shopping and turn off the toggle under "Recommendations & Deals".
