Chad Darnell is a casting director/actor/writer/producer and director. As a casting director, he has cast local talent in the southeast on such projects as MAGIC MIKE XXL, SELMA, FLORIDA GIRLS, LIZZIE, KILLERMAN, LIVING THE DREAM, CRIME STORY, and BEAST OF BURDEN. He most recently finished the films ONE FAST MOVE, THE STENOGRAPHER and THE OTHER ZOEY.
His film THE UNDERTAKER’S WIFE (Shannyn Sossamon, John Brotherton) will premiere Fall 2022 and he will direct his screenplay THE INTELLIGENT this summer in Los Angeles.  
As an actor, he most recently appeared on stage in Atlanta as “Hedwig” in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH and as “David O. Selznick” in MOONLIGHT AND MAGNOLIAS, and as "Dan" in CLOSER in Atlanta, January 2022.
Darnell lives in Atlanta and is recently finished his first novel BUYING THE FARM.
