Sullivan "Sully" Fitzgerald, a native of Niagara Falls, NY, is a graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School with a BS in Television, Radio & Film and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. He is an alumni of the highly-competitive Television Academy Foundation Internship Program and was assigned to the drama development department of ABC Studios, Fitzgerald was excited by the fast-paced, writer-driven world of dramatic series. Not only did the world of television appeal to his professional interests, but it addressed his creative desire to write.
Fitzgerald is currently working as a story editor on the Paramount+ reboot of Criminal Minds and has sold a graphic novel entitled The Ferryman to Aftershock Comics. However, he has experience in several writers rooms in a supporting capacity including: Criminal Minds (CBS), Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (CBS), Nashville (ABC), and State of Affairs (NBC). He also worked as a Development Associate at Erica Messer Productions for several development cycles.
