On today's episode of Locked on Wild, we start by addressing the news that Jets Center Cole Perfetti was mic'd up against the Wild on Sunday and led to the revelation that Hartman high sticked him on purpose as retribution for Brendon Dillon checking Kirill Kaprizov from behind and knocking him out of Saturday's game. We look at how the Department of Player Safety has created a system of retaliation due to their soft punishments and general lack of enforcement when it comes to heavy hits and crosschecks the NHL claims they are trying to get out of the game. We move to news that Jesper Wallstedt is getting close to a return to Iowa's lineup, and discuss the possibility that he is called up next week. We finish by looking at tonight's opponent the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the remnants that remain from the multi Cup Final appearances they made over the last few years. We forego Keys to the Game and instead opt for wanting to see more of what make Nic Petan and Jake Lucchini tick, as well as a healthy dose of Marc-Andre Fleury saves.
