Weather remains stagnant across the Northeast and Middle Atlantic states mainly because Hurricane Epsilon southeast of Bermuda is holding an upper high in place to the northwest and creating a bottleneck. Snow is likely from the Northern Rockies to the Northern Plains Thursday. No major storms are on the horizon for the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states into next week. Rain from the Ohio Valley to Western PA & Western NY to Northern New England continues on and off over the next few days.
