This weekly broadcast examines current events from across the globe to learn what's happening in all areas of people activity. We cultivate Counter-Racist Media Literacy by scrutinizing journalists' word choices and using logic to deconstruct what is reported as "news." Trump's name will not be on the ballot in Colorado and now Maine. Other states suggest they may follow suit. Both states charge that Trump is ineligible because of his participation in the January 6th, 2021 treasonous riot. All of his seems likely for an epic Supreme Court battle. One of Trump's competitor's for the White House, Nikki Haley, was roundly criticized for discussing causes for the US Civil War, but omitting slavery. It's common for White people to omit slavery when discussing factors for the US Civil War. And we'll hear about the "Prime Effect" at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Deion Sanders has made a big impact on the school's tackle football program, but it's hard to tackle the System of White Supremacy/Racism.
