Diving into the Abyss with Deschutes Brewery Deschutes Brewery was founded in 1988.  For a craft brewery, that's a long time ago.  Kyle Matthias, the Assitant Brewmaster at Deschutes' Pilot Plant tells us that innovation and agility are key for their continued success.
