STOP- just stop. Slow down. Enjoy the moments that are right in front of you. Stop comparing your life to others. Take time to be grateful for what YOU have!! Stop the hustle and bustle and busy. Bring all that to a halt and look at what is right in front of you. Stop scrolling and sit with your kids at a board game. Or have them help you make dinner, eat all together and have conversation and laughter fill your home. These small choices will help you to enjoy the little things and not stress about stuff that doesn’t matter.1 John 2:15-17- Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life- comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.     2. Say no- you don’t have to be at all the things- you don’t have to buy all the things. You don’t have to invite everyone over for all the things. Lol i give you permission to say no and just do the things you actually enjoy doing. 3.
