It's that time of year when everybody's enthused about closing down the old year and bringing in the new! At the end of each year for many years now, Rich has led a focused investor exercise in two parts – one to assess and close out the old year and the other to set goals for the upcoming year.   In this episode, Rich will give us some background on what it takes to be a focused investor, which, in the most simplified terms, is getting clear, or focused, on what you really want, and then making a commitment to stay on track with your goals. But it isn't just for investing. It's for any kind of goal you'd like to attain. He also talks about doable goals based on what he calls the Rule of Three.
