Ex-therapist Jodi Hildebrandt is expected in court next week after her former business partner, Ruby Franke, agreed to plead guilty to four counts of second-degree aggravated child abuse. Franke admitted she and another adult restrained Franke’s two youngest children with handcuffs, denied them access to food and water, and made them stand outside in the hot sun for hours. As part of her plea agreement, Franke is required to testify against Hildebrandt.
