State troopers in Oklahoma were performing a welfare check on a man sitting next to a busy interstate when he allegedly confessed to killing Jennifer Kyli Molloy, 19, back in October 2016. In an interview with detectives, Joseph Tyler Beck, 28, said he was attracted to Molloy and killed her when she rejected his advances.
