Description

There are lot of people trying to learn how to invest in real estate for the first time, and you can identify the "newbies" immediately by the questions they ask and by how they approach real estate in general. It's not easy to learn to think like an experienced investor when you don't have experience, but there are some general principles that new investors can apply to their mindset to learn how to "punch above their weight" in the RE investing space. So in this episode of Selling Greenville, we discuss the differences in mindset between the novice real estate investors and the experienced ones, with the goal of some novice investors learning to think more like the experienced ones.

As always, if you have any questions or comments (or, of course, need a realtor), feel free to reach out to Stan McCune directly by phone/text at (864) 735-7580 or by email at smccune@cdanjoyner.com.
