The San Francisco Giants enjoyed a solid run of success on the pitching side of their team ever since Gabe Kapler was hired prior to the 2020 season. Kevin Gausman, Logan Webb, Camilo Doval, Carlos Rodón are a few examples of success, and they're far from the only ones. With that in mind, how big of a loss is the departure of pitching coach Andrew Bailey to the Boston Red Sox? Not to mention the loss of director of pitching Brian Bannister to the White Sox.
