The World Health Organization managed to deliver medical supplies to two hospitals in southern Gaza, but fighting is making it very difficult to provide health services.Video shows large numbers of wounded Palestinians flooding into a Gaza hospital after recent Israeli airstrikes. A prominent doctor there lost 18 relatives, including a baby girl, in one of the strikes.Israel says it has arrested and interrogated hundreds of terror suspects in Gaza, using intelligence gathered to advance its military operations deeper into Gaza.The UN aid chief says humanitarian operations in southern Gaza have effectively collapsed due to the fighting. Very little aid is able to reach civilians.In northern Gaza, the World Food Program reports that 90% of households face severe food shortages, with many going entire days without eating.There is no end in sight to the crisis as the UN pleas for a ceasefire have so far gone unheeded.
