Description
In Season 1, Episode 1, we hear how heroes like Joe Joe are making the world a better place. A very powerful story, person, and organization.
Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation (PBMR)
Joseph "Joe Joe" Mapp, Reentry Case Manager
The Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation (PBMR) is a non-profit organization 501(c)3 registered in the State of Illinois. We strive to offer a safe and welcoming space where young people and families can gather and feel as though they are at home. We strive to bridge our differences and discover how much we have in common. In building those relationships, we respond through support; job training, education, mentoring, trauma are, recreation and a host of other activities.
About Reentry
People returning home after incarceration often face extremely high barriers to success. We work actively with returning citizens to ensure a supportive and welcoming return. From case management and mentoring to job training and community support, PBMR accompanies our sisters and brothers as they reenter the community and the workforce.
