He begins by discussing: a tale of two presidents: Joe Biden's holiday message for the American people versus Donald Trump's message for the American people. Glenn illustrates the stark contrast. Then, in the legal recap, a Colorado judge finds that Donald Trump, in fact, engaged in an insurrection against the United States, but doesn't seem to think that's a disqualifying problem for a president under the 14th Amendment. Glenn says "REALLY!?" Both parties have appealed the court's decision. Next story of the week, the Supreme Court pretends to issue a Code of Ethics for the justices. Turns out it is nothing more than a pamphlet of suggestions. So Lame!
