To cover the SEX in "Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll, Tess decided to tackle the vibrator- because what better way to get into the Holiday spirit?
She starts off by debunking a huge myth about how the Vibrator was invented (that was actually finally validated as false in only 2018) and then goes throughout the early 1900s, to the feminist movement in the 70s, to today, to analyze how we talk about and dissect female pleasure and sexual liberation.
