Sam Matterface has been working on sport radio for over 30 years. In 2010, he was hired as the Chief Football Commentator for national radio station talkSPORT and since then has continued to cover Premier League, European and International football across the world. In 2020, Sam took over from Clive Tyldesley as ITV’s Lead Commentator, covering all major England games since then, including the 2020 Euro’s and the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers.
