Dr. Herschdorfer completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Universidad Central de Venezuela before completing a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Connecticut.  Immediately following this, she was accepted into a three-year Oral Implantology Residency Program at Harvard University, where she obtained her Master of Medical Science (MMSc) through clinical research, in particular evaluating the accuracy of different 3D printers applied in the fabrication of surgical templates for guided implant surgery. During this program, she focused on comprehensive surgical and prosthetic treatment planning and completion. At present she works in private practice in Miami, Florida limited to dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, aesthetic implant dentistry, and comprehensive full-arch/full mouth reconstructive implant dentistry. She holds a position as an associate professor at the University of Florida (Hialeah Health Center) where she works as a Faculty member of the implantology course team. Dr. Herschdorfer served as President of the Miami-Dade Dental Society 2019-2020 and is currently, an executive member of this Society which is part of the South Florida Dental Association. Today, Dr. Laura Herschdorfer is passionate about attending and organizing continuing education conferences and getting involved in deep discussions whenever possible to further her skills and is a current member of the following organizations: • Associate Professor for the University of Florida Advanced Education in General Dentistry (Oral Implantology course) • South Florida Dental Association • Florida Dental Association• Academy of Osseointegration• International Team for Implantology  https://www.linkedin.com/in/laura-herschdorfer-dds-mmsc-6a3a33145/https://www.instagram.com/laurahersch/----------------------------www.theinternationaldentist.comLinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/drgabrielalagrecaFB & IG @theinternationaldentist
