Very well understood by everyone. They understand their audience and communicate using well chosen thoughts, words, and images.* The Accountability Partner - A master of holding people, organizations, and themselves accountable. They’re answerable to the actions and decisions made by them and by who they lead.* The Builder - A master of the art of building. They minimize waste and maximize value in the field. Has in-depth knowledge of how to use various construction materials. Ensures quality construction work takes place.* Note: If you are not managing construction projects, then this would translate to being proficient at whatever type of project/scope you’re managing (The engineer, the software developer, the creator, etc.)* The Leader - Leads by example and takes extreme ownership. No excuses. Creates and nurtures other leaders. Possesses a clear vision, is courageous, has integrity, honesty, humility, and clear focus.* The Attorney - An excellent risk manager. They understand contracts, contracting, legal obligations, and has the ability to communicate them to stakeholders to their mitigate risk.* The Relationship Guy - A genuinely authentic and likable human being. Makes people feel good and cares about their well being. One with compelling charm which inspires devotion in others.* The Accountant - A master of preparing and maintaining important financial information.
