Mocktail Recipe:
‘A Little Lemon to My Iced Team’

2 oz Ceder’s Classic
0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 hefty bar spoon of Sweet Matcha Powder
1 bunch of Garden Herbs (I recommend Sage, Mint and Thyme)
Short shake and strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top with 2 oz Soda Water and mix together
Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig
