College football insider Tom Luginbill joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the biggest stories in college football live in the BankPlus Studio. Tom looks at how Texas carries the CFP hopes for the Big 12 on their shoulders and how they have played without their starting QB. Tom talks about Texas A&M losing to Ole Miss and says it seems like the Aggies just don't know how to win. Tom wonders if A&M will make a move away from Jimbo Fisher if he goes 7-5 again and Tom thinks their season might look different if they still had Conner Weigman. Bo and Tom break down possible coaches that could replace Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M and the money the school has to play them. Tom says that Ole Miss is working wonders by winning the road games and one possession games because they had problems doing that last year. Ole Miss is heading to Georgia to take on the Bulldogs and Tom says that if the Rebels want to pull off the upset then they need to turn it into a track meet. Tom thinks playing Missouri the week before Ole Miss helped Georgia figure out a game plan against a similar style offense. Tom looks at how Alabama beat LSU and Jalen Milroe showing that he can produce in a scheme that's centered around his play style. Tom thinks that Georgia and Alabama are pretty even but Alabama doesn't have a first rounder offensive threat like they normally do. Tom compares Michigan and Ohio State and Tom thinks the the Wolverines have a slight edge in the matchup. Tom and Bo go through a list of possible coaching candidates and Tom says if he thinks Mississippi State should go after specific people if they change head coaches.
