Description

Friends of the Rosary:
Today is the Commemoration of the All the Faithful Departed, All Souls' Day.
Yesterday, Solemnity of All Saints, we rejoiced about those who entered the glory of heaven.
Today, we pray for those who are in the purifying suffering of Purgatory awaiting the day of the heavenly glory, when they will join the company of saints.
The Catechism explains this mystery:
"All who die in God's grace and friendship, but still imperfectly purified, are indeed assured of their eternal salvation; but after death they undergo purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven."
"The Church gives the name Purgatory to this final purification of the elect, which is entirely different from the punishment of the damned."
During Mass, the priest remembers the faithful departed who have fallen asleep in the Lord, imploring God to grant them a place of happiness, light and peace.
Ave Maria!Jesus, I Trust In You!All Saints, Pray for Us!
To Jesus through Mary!
