Description

In Episode 25, Sara and Kyle, LPCs, discuss the importance of changing how we talk about our feelings. Saying things like “you make me feel” or using words such as always and never doesn’t lead to humans that take responsibility for how they feel. It puts people on the defensive and makes conflict resolution more difficult. We need to give our kids the power to own how they feel and then actually do something constructive with those feelings.
