So last week was a lot. Minutes before a jury told us what we’d already seen with our eyes, that Derek Chauvin was guilty of murdering George Floyd in cold blood, Ma’Khia Bryant was murdered in cold blood after calling the police for help. I have never been more tired and I imagine Black people everywhere are feeling the same weight. Please rest. White people, y’all have work to do. Black people, take care of yourselves ?
