The title of this episode, as you may have guessed, was inspired by that absolute BOP by Selena Gomez of the same name, about what it looks like when you get to the other side of heartbreak. As so many of us are now facing varying kinds/levels of heartbreak, be it personal, societal, or global, I thought it was important to discuss what it looks like to move through heartbreak, and how we can get to the other side even when the middle feels so vast and at times insurmountable.
