Today we're broadcasting from the Alpine Golf Course in Grand Rapids as they hosted our yearly MI/MSU Rivalry Cup alongside the North Kent Golf Course in Rockford. Throughout the show, we talked about the Detroit Lions and their win over Tampa Bay, Michigan's win over Indiana, Michigan State's loss to Rutgers, and more. In our first hour, Huge broke down all the games, gave his opinions on the good and bad from each of them, and much more. We kicked off the second hour talking with Trey Conner who is the COO of our Grand Rapids Gold. He joined Huge to fill us in on watching the GR Gold in downtown GR starting next month, he talked about what's different from last year, and much more. We then talked about the Michigan win over Indiana as Chris Balas from theWolverine.com joined us. He and Huge talked about the bad first quarter for U of M as well as the great finish. They also looked ahead to this Saturday's game against MSU, and more. We then talked about the collapse by MSU against Rutgers as Tim Staudt from Staudt on Sports in Lansing joined us. We wrapped up the hour with Nic Lapienski who is the owner of North Kent GC and Alpine GC. He talked with Huge about plan to revitalize the Alpine GC, he told us about his great employees, and more. We talked about our 5-1 Detroit Lions in our final hour as Mike Kimber from Lions Nation Unite joined us. He and Huge talked about what they liked most out of that game, they discussed this team being a real contender this season, looked ahead on the schedule, and more. We were then joined by Marcus Thomas Sr. from Lions Nation Unite to continue the conversation. He and Huge gave their thoughts on the next few games for this team, talked about who the stand-out players were from yesterday and the season as a whole, and more.
