Fred Stokes is a former NFL defensive end who played 10 seasons with the Rams, Redskins and Saints. In 1991, he helped Washington to an NFL title, contributing 2 1/2 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in their Super Bowl XXVI win over Buffalo. In college, Stokes played on two NCAA 1-AA national champion teams in 1985 and 1986 with Georgia Southern.
