College football insider Chip Patterson joins the show on the Farm Bureau guest line talking about the biggest games of the weekend live in the BankPlus Studio. Chip talks about how the SEC is viewed as having a down year in comparison to their rosters and recruiting abilities in the past. Chip looks at whether or not Georgia is in a down year and he compares the team to their former glory then shows that they are even in the field compared with the rest of the competition. Bo asks Chip about Alabama facing Texas A&M and Chip mentions how Nick Saban and the team are starting to put together confident game plans. Chip look at Kentucky taking on Georgia and thinks that the run game of the Wildcats actually does fairly well in the matchup with a less than ideal Georgia defensive line. Bo and Chip talk about where Ole Miss lies in the SEC West and Chip thinks that Lane Kiffin's confidence is one of the major aspects of Ole Miss winning. Chip doesn't have much confidence in Ole Miss going to Georgia and winning but the possibility of Alabama ending up with two conference losses is better than it has been in past years. Chip looks at the Oklahoma vs Texas game and the playoffs implications that could come from either team winning then facing off again in the Big 12 championship. Chip mentions that Texas hasn't been picked to win the Big 12 at media days since 2009 and this year they were picked to finish at the top.
