Description
We're introducing a new regular segment of the DCL Duo Podcast - Point-Counterpoint. Sam and I are both lawyers, and so we thought we'd bring a little bit of our argumentative nature into the podcast. Twice each month, we'll "argue" both sides of a topic as suggested by our Patreons, who will also get early access to this show via our exclusive Patreon feed. They'll then vote on the winner, and on the next episode - we'll let you know what they decide!
For this innaugural episode we're tackling whether Disney Cruise Line did the right thing in denying boarding to families set to sail on the Dream, who did not have pre-cruise tests for their kids under 12. Spoiler, we do agree with what Disney did here, but had some feedback on the Inspire site and some confusion it created. So, this one shouldn't be too controversial.
