Meet Martha Lou Chadwick Scott — 2021 Recipient of the WR White Meritorious Service AwardAfter graduating from Baylor in 1971, Martha Lou Chadwick Scott began work at the university as an office manager. Without realizing it, she began a “job” that would lead to an entire career in student life at Baylor. Martha Lou retired in 2019 as the associate vice president for Student Life.
